Inventodia is a small software studio based in Cambodia. Since 2017 we have been building websites, custom software, and digital tools for local businesses — from small shops and restaurants to growing teams and founders.
We do not call ourselves a full-service agency. We are a lean team of developers and designers who build real digital systems: websites that work on the phones Cambodians actually use, internal tools that replace manual work, and APIs that connect your systems together.
You work directly with the people building your project. No account managers, no sales layer, no lost context between calls. We keep the team small on purpose — it means every project gets the attention of the people who actually do the work.
We are honest about fit. If your project is not something we can do well, we will tell you and suggest someone who can. We would rather turn down work than deliver something we are not proud of.
How it began
Inventodia started in 2017 with a simple belief: businesses in Cambodia deserved the same quality of web and digital expertise available anywhere in the world. What began as a small team focused on building reliable, fast-loading websites stayed small — and that was on purpose.
We saw local companies struggling with outdated sites, slow delivery, and vendors who disappeared after launch. So we committed to doing the opposite: modern technology, transparent communication, fair pricing, and long-term support. Our first clients trusted a new name, and their success became our reputation.
Today we still operate with that same mindset. We keep our team lean and highly skilled, we choose projects where we can add real value, and we treat every launch as the beginning of a relationship — not the end of a contract. We also build and run our own products — Cambodia Postal Code, AZ Web Tools, World Public Holiday, and more — which keeps our skills sharp and proves our work in public: every site we ship is live, fast on mobile, and performing on search engines today.

Today, Inventodia builds with a squad of AI agents — Scout, Blueprint, Builder, and Guardian — each owning one stage of delivery. The agents draft and verify the work; our human engineers direct them, review everything, and own the outcome. Nothing ships without human approval at three checkpoints: the spec, the plan, and the final pull request. It is the same Discover → Design → Develop → Deliver process we have always followed — now faster, more consistent, and fully auditable.
